Pet Policy

No more than 2 animals are allowed per apartment. See list below for animals not allowed. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non - refundable)

Aquariums will be allowed with a 20-gallon maximum on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.
RESTRICTED ANIMAL/BREED LIST (included but not limited to) Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Presa Canario, German Shepherd, Husky, Malamute, Doberman, Chowchow, St. Bernard, Great Dane, Akita, Terriers (Staffordshire), American Bull Dog, Any hybrid or mixed breed of one of the aforementioned breeds;
Poisonous Animals: Tarantulas, Piranhas;
Exotic Animals: Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Rabbits, Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws)

I have really enjoyed the Summit as a whole. Not being from Shreveport, I wasn't sure what I was signing myself up for, but this property has truly exceeded my expectations. The staff is always helpful, the location is unbeatable, and you really get a lot for your money. I have lived here for a couple of months, the apartment was spotless on move in, the management has been a delight to work with, always willing to help anyway they can. The grounds are maintained beautifully, including the beautiful pool area and the playground. What I found to be remarkable is that even the maintenance man is always well groomed and polite. Everyone seems genuinely invested in making sure that everything looks nice and runs smoothly.

I absolutely love this place. It's beautiful & my building is quiet,not to mention the amenities(gym,pool,jacuzzi, playground,access to do office work...) We've been here for almost 2 years. Just renewed contract. Close to everything and we can even watch the games from our balcony. The staff members are awesome.
