At The Summit Apartments, we love pets and if you are looking for a pet friendly community, we are the right place for you! Our community allows a maximum of TWO animals per apartment. The pet fee for 1 pet is $400 (non-refundable). Pet fee for 2 pets is $600 (non-refundable). Pet rent is property specific. No BIRDS are accepted.
